Rates follow the destination number, including its country and number type. All prices are USD per connected minute, calculated by the second. Each connected outbound call has the minimum total charge shown below; it is not an added fee. Calls that never connect are free.

AI + human, forwarding and translation rates include a standard US or Canadian callback. A callback to another supported destination adds that destination's extra forwarding rate and minimum to the quote. Waiting rates apply before the callback connects. Quote your exact destination and saved callback number to see the total before approving.
Assistant subscriber rates are listed on the pricing page. Incoming assistant calls have no minimum charge and use those US subscriber rates, regardless of where the caller is calling from. Joining an outgoing call requires your verified callback number in a supported destination and private acceptance. Callback prompts support English, Hebrew, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic and Italian. Incoming assistant forwarding has its own callback eligibility. Live translation is available in beta for supported language pairs. A dedicated US number is included with the assistant subscription.
Use the full number with country code. Calling destinations include supported US, Canadian and Israeli numbers. Published rates do not authorize a destination or enable a call feature. Premium-rate, shared-cost and personal numbers are never dialed. Sign in and request a review of the exact number before approving a call.
For numbers that match more than one row, the most specific prefix applies. Local number prefixes estimate a destination, not the recipient’s current location.
