Beta feedback

Found a bug, an incorrect answer or a confusing step? Send feedback from your account, use Report an issue on a call, or email support. Share what happened and what you expected. Feedback is welcome even when something went wrong.

Account and billing help

Include your account email and, if relevant, the call or receipt ID. Never send passwords, card numbers, access tokens, or full transcripts. We can help with prepaid credit, call charges and refunds of unused credit.

Your data

Close your account in Settings. For help with account deletion or other privacy requests, write to privacy@opencalls.dev from your account email. We will verify ownership before making changes. You can export or delete individual call content in your account.

Report a security issue or unwanted call

Email security@opencalls.dev. For an unwanted call, include its approximate time and the number that received it. We will investigate and handle the request before enabling further calls to that recipient.

Privacy choices

Diagnostics run by default to help us improve Open Calls. They include page views, IP addresses and approximate location, browser errors, masked interface replay and pseudonymous activity summaries for learning. Sensitive information and call audio are excluded. Privacy choices, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable optional diagnostics and campaign attribution.

Google Analytics is off until you enable it here. It measures visits and connection clicks on public pages using cookies. Google receives your IP address and browser information; account pages, call content, query strings and full referring addresses are excluded. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and turning off diagnostics also disable it. A saved diagnostics decline keeps it off until you change your diagnostics choice.
